What Icon Production does
Icon Production is a fabrication and large format printing operation built for brand environments — retail buildouts, event installations, signage programs and experiential graphics that have to look right in person and survive being installed by a crew in a hurry.
Production runs out of Los Angeles and New York with nationwide installation, so a single program can be produced on one coast and installed anywhere in the country.

Who it is for
The work lands in three places. Retail buildouts, where a fixture package has to arrive complete and install on schedule. Brand activations and events, where the install window is a single overnight and there is no second chance. And signage programs, where the same specification has to be reproduced consistently across dozens of locations in different states.
What those have in common is that the deadline is fixed by something outside the shop — a store opening, a show date, a lease start. Production capacity on two coasts exists precisely so that a schedule problem in one city does not become a missed date.
Our role
Grymman handles the digital side of Icon Production — the web presence, the technical SEO and the tooling around it. It is the part of our portfolio that is not an app: a production business that needed its online presence to work as hard as its shop floor.
It is also a useful reminder of what our services actually cover. Not every business needs an AI agent. Some need their site to load fast, describe the work accurately, and turn up when someone searches for a fabricator who can hit a date. That is a different engineering problem from building a mobile app, and we treat it as one.
